“The Magic of Puppet Theatre: A Bright Celebration for Young Audiences”

On April 9, 2026, at the initiative of the Library and the Department of Educational Work and Social Affairs of the Academy of Choreography, a vibrant cultural event took place, bringing together art, creativity, and a young audience. Third-year students at the Kazakh National University of Arts named after Kulyash Baiseitova, enrolled in the educational program “Puppet Theatre Actor,” presented a series of elegant and engaging stage miniatures for students in grades 1–6.

The young audience greeted each performance with lively interest and genuine delight. Particularly impressive were such productions as “Dance of the Dogs,” “Oriental Dance,” “Ballerina Dance,” and “Dance of the Ostriches,” in which plasticity, expressiveness, and the artistry of puppet performance were harmoniously combined.

The puppet performances gave children a vivid palette of emotions—from sincere laughter to amazed admiration—filling the hall with an atmosphere of joy, warmth, and true theatrical magic.
