Meeting with Employers Held at the Academy

On April 15, 2026, a meeting with employers was held in both offline and online formats at the conference hall of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography.

The event brought together graduating students and representatives of cultural institutions, creating an effective platform for exchanging experience and establishing professional connections.

The main goal of the meeting was to support graduate employment and assist employers in finding qualified specialists for available vacancies. Participants discussed current labor market requirements and received practical recommendations for building their careers.

Among the invited guests were representatives of organizations such as the Abai Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theatre, the folk dance ensemble Shalqyma, the Yerkegali Rakhmadiyev State Academic Philharmonic, the Turkestan Musical Drama Theatre, the ensemble Gulder, the dance theatre CONTRASST, the Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Ensemble of the National Military-Patriotic Center of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan, as well as the media company CPG Media Group and others.

During the meeting, students demonstrated high engagement by asking questions and sharing their expectations and professional interests. Employers, in turn, presented information about their organizations, available positions, and candidate requirements.
