On April 16, 2026, an informational meeting for graduating students was held in the conference hall of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography with representatives of Financial Center JSC.
The event was organized to explain the procedures for employment and the fulfillment of mandatory work obligations for graduates of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs who studied under state educational grants.
According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education,” all graduates who received education funded by a state grant are required to complete a three-year (or proportional) period of mandatory employment in organizations within Kazakhstan.
Representatives of Financial Center JSC – the authorized body responsible for monitoring compliance with employment obligations—Gulmira Baizhanova and Akzira Serikkali provided detailed explanations on the following topics:
The speakers emphasized the importance of consciously choosing a place of employment and fulfilling obligations to the state, noting that an educational grant is not only an investment in a specialist’s future but also a social responsibility.
At the end of the meeting, participants received clarifications on employment reporting procedures and answers to numerous questions raised during the session.
