From February 24 to 26, the Vice-Rector of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, Aigul Yesentemirova, visited the city of Moscow as part of a Kazakh delegation on a working visit. During the visit, issues related to the development of cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation were discussed.
While in Moscow, the delegates visited a number of leading cultural organizations and institutions, where they held working meetings with their leadership.
The delegation visited the Gnessin State Musical College, where they met with the school’s director, Mikhail Khokhlov. A meeting was also held at the Russian Historical Society with its director, Ruslan Gakkuev, attended by the Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Konstantin Mogilevsky. In addition, the delegates visited the office of T-Bank, where they met with Vice President Konstantin Markelov and representatives of the Central University.
As part of the working visit program, the participants also visited the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation, where a meeting was held with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Russian Federation, Dauren Abayev.
During the meeting, a number of issues were discussed. In the field of scientific and educational cooperation, the parties considered the implementation of joint educational initiatives, academic mobility of students and faculty, as well as the development and implementation of joint research projects, including round tables, conferences, and research in the field of arts.
Following the visit, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in further expanding partnership ties and expressed their readiness for the practical implementation of the agreements reached. The working trip became an important step in strengthening the cultural and educational dialogue between Kazakhstan and Russia, contributing to the establishment of new professional contacts and the formation of a sustainable platform for long-term cooperation in education, science, culture, and the arts.
