In his speech, the President outlined the key areas of work for the medium term, gave specific instructions, and set new tasks for Parliament, the Government, and other relevant authorities.

Opening of university branches: As part of the strategy for the development of the education system, the President highlighted the importance of opening new branches of leading universities across the country. This decision aims to ensure access to quality education for youth in various regions, which, in turn, will help prepare qualified personnel in line with the modern demands of the economy and society.

Human resources policy: The President emphasized the importance of forming highly professional and patriotically-minded personnel who will actively contribute to the development of our country. He stressed that patriotism should be a fundamental principle in the activities of everyone, especially those working in government and educational institutions.

Employment of graduates: In his Address, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also mentioned the employment of graduates not only from higher education institutions but also from vocational educational institutions. The President emphasized the importance of ensuring job opportunities for college graduates and developing the vocational and technical education system, which should be closely aligned with the needs of the labor market.

This initiative is supported by the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography. Some of the college’s graduates, continuing their theoretical studies at the Academy, undertake internships in the best theaters of the country, which allows them to gain additional stage experience and improve their professional skills.

The Academy’s training program is focused on developing specific professional skills that are in demand in the arts sector, aligning with the President's objectives to create conditions for the successful employment of graduates and the preparation of qualified personnel.
