From June 1 to June 30, the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve will accept applications via the official website pkrezerv.gov.kz. The initiative aims to identify and develop a new generation of leaders in Kazakhstan’s public and quasi-public sectors.
Eligible applicants must be citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 35, hold a higher education degree, possess at least five years of professional experience, and demonstrate proficiency in the state language with a certificate of at least B1 level.
This year’s selection will focus on six strategic areas:
Candidates must select one of the listed sectors upon registration, indicating their preferred area of professional engagement if admitted to the Reserve. Quotas will be established for each sector, and efforts will be made to ensure a balanced distribution of candidates throughout the process.
The selection procedure consists of six stages:
A total of 50 candidates will be admitted to the Reserve. Final results are expected to be announced after October 25.
