On December 5, 2025, a National Reporting and Election Conference of the Kazakhstan National Federation of UNESCO Clubs was held at the UN Plaza in Almaty, bringing together in a hybrid format more than one hundred and fifty leaders and secretaries of UNESCO Clubs from various regions of the country.

Participants attentively listened to the reports of regional offices from Astana, Shymkent, Zhambyl, Karaganda, Kostanay, Aktobe, Pavlodar, and Abai regions. After the reporting session concluded, attendees proceeded to elect the Federation's governing body and Board members. As a result, Bibigul Nusipzhanova, Rector of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography – UNESCO Club and Coordinator of the Federation’s Regional Office in Astana, was elected Vice President for Development of the Federation.
