Bibigul Nussipzhanova, Rector of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, took part in the “Bir tolqynda” dialogue platform held at Samal Park as part of the election campaign programme of the Adilet Party.
The meeting was opened and moderated by Sanira Zhusupova, Chair of the Esil District Branch of the Adilet Party. The event was attended by members of the party’s campaign headquarters, Quryltai deputy candidates Yevgeny Bolgert and Bekzhan Alimkulov, as well as representatives of the public and local residents.
During the open dialogue, participants discussed issues of concern to residents, the development of the urban environment, improving citizens’ quality of life, and strengthening cooperation between society and the state. Particular attention was given to maintaining an open dialogue with citizens, taking public opinions and proposals into account, and jointly addressing issues of local importance.
The meeting also presented the key priorities of the Adilet Party’s election programme, including ensuring equal access to high-quality urban infrastructure for residents of all districts of the capital, developing the road network, public transport, water supply and sewage systems, and constructing and modernising social infrastructure facilities.
At the conclusion of the event, participants exchanged views and put forward proposals for the further development of the urban environment. The open discussion format provided an opportunity to address the issues that matter most to local residents and to identify practical approaches for resolving them through joint efforts.
