A creative meeting with Renat Gaysin was held at the Academy

On May 5, 2026, a creative meeting with composer and musician Renat Gaysin was held in the assembly hall of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography. The event was dedicated to the presentation of his master’s thesis titled “Art Management in the Composer’s Authorial Projects: From Idea to Implementation.”

The academic supervisor of the research is Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor Zhanat Babazhanova.

The meeting became a practical reflection of the research work, demonstrating a synthesis of traditional and contemporary approaches in musical art. The program featured original compositions that revealed the composer’s creative journey as a search for balance between national musical traditions — to which he attaches particular importance in his work — and modern genre forms.

The study places significant emphasis on the role of art management in the implementation of musical projects. It is emphasized that the successful promotion of original music requires not only artistic creativity, but also strategic management, team coordination, and effective interaction with audiences through modern media platforms.

The research presents examples of significant projects such as the album Otan Ana by Batyrkhan Shukenov and the international cultural project Magic of Nomads, demonstrating the possibilities of integrating Kazakh musical traditions into contemporary formats.

It is noted that art management plays a key role in preserving and developing the national musical code, contributing to the formation of a cultural brand and the expansion of international cultural dialogue.
