On May 14, 2025, the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography hosted a report concert of the Department of Concertmaster and Piano.

During the concert, the students of the Academy demonstrated the knowledge and skills acquired during the academic year, as well as the results of long and painstaking training. They fulfilled the expectations of their mentors by demonstrating a high level of performing skills on stage.

Within the framework of the event, young musicians performed works of world classics and compositions by Kazakhstan composers, conveying the national spirit and richness of musical heritage.

Among the works performed are "Tugan Zher" by the Russian composer A. Abdinurov, as well as "5 notes" by D. Eberhard, "Variations on a Czech folk Song" by Yu. Shurovsky, "Cantina Band" by John Williams, "Swaying Bough" by J. L. and others.

In addition to students, teachers also participated in the program. Zhdanis Shaukebayeva masterfully performed "Basso Ostinato" by R. Shchedrin, and in a duet with Alexandra Shmeleva — "Spring" from the cycle "The Seasons" by Astor Piazzolla, receiving well-deserved applause from the audience.

There is no doubt that students studying with highly qualified teachers of the Academy will have many creative victories ahead.
