On May 12, 2026, the Academy held a scientific seminar for doctoral students. During the seminar, first-year doctoral student Ismağulova Gauhar Sailauqyzy shared the initial results of her dissertation research titled “Ontology and Development Dynamics of Kazakh Traditional Dance Culture.”

During the seminar, participants discussed the relevance of the research, the historical and cultural foundations of Kazakh traditional dance culture, the specifics of its development, and its place in contemporary academic studies. The doctoral student also spoke about the initial stages of the research process, the methodological approaches being applied, and the future directions of the study.
The seminar was held in the format of an active scientific discussion, where participants exchanged views on the theoretical and methodological aspects of the dissertation research. Recommendations and suggestions aimed at further improving the research work were also provided.
The event was attended by the Academy’s faculty members and doctoral students.
