A grand solo performance by the talented dancer, artist of the “Gulder” ensemble, master’s student at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, and laureate of prestigious international competitions, Inkar Aidarkhanyzy, took place at the concert hall of the State Academic Organization “Kazakhconcert” named after Roza Baglanova.
The evening was filled with traditional Kazakh dances, choreographic performances of the peoples of the world, and exclusive solo numbers prepared in collaboration with renowned Kazakhstani choreographers. The presented works included “Tokymkagar,” “Zheldirme,” “Bylkyldaq,” “Ak Zhauin,” “Altynai,” “Dance of Tibet,” as well as Uyghur, Egyptian, and other ethnic compositions, showcasing the richness of the cultural heritage of different nations.
The concert was graced by famous artists. The program featured People’s Artist of Kazakhstan Sekensh Turysbekov, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan Ardak Balajanova, laureates of the State Youth Prize “Daryn” Askar Mukiyat and Alibek Almadiev, holder of the honorary title “Cultural Sector Leader” Bauyrzhan Bekmukhanbet, popular duet “Temirlan&Yernat,” virtuoso kobyz player Olzhas Kurmanbek, international competition laureate Meruert Tursynbek, talented musician Nurmukhamed Saten, and the legendary “Gulder” ensemble.
The “Gulder” ensemble was founded in 1970 and has become a true legend of the Kazakhstani stage over the decades. Its bright performances, combining traditional motifs with modern style, have earned recognition not only in Kazakhstan but also abroad. Over the years, the ensemble has represented the country’s culture at international festivals and competitions. The recent renewal of the group’s lineup has breathed new life into it, continuing the glorious traditions of previous generations of artists.
Inkar Aidarkhanyzy is a professional choreographer and performer, part of the “Gulder” ensemble. She graduated from the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography and continues her studies in the master’s program. Her high professional qualities, devotion to the arts, and striving for perfection have allowed her to take leading positions within the ensemble and develop her own creative style.
Her choreographic works, such as “Zhetisuum,” “Men Kazakhtyn Kyzymin,” “Altynai,” “Tolgau,” and “Kongiltolkyyny,” are characterized by expressiveness, deep imagery, and emotional intensity.
