From March 30 to April 4, 2025, Almaty hosted the IX International "ORLEU" Competition, which annually unites talented students of professional choreographic educational institutions from all over the region. The competition is held on the basis of the Almaty Choreographic School named after Alexander Seleznev and is a significant platform for demonstrating the level of training of future ballet dancers.

The students of our Academy presented their educational institution with dignity and won prizes in various categories, demonstrating a high level of professional skill and artistry.

In honor of this significant event, the Rector of the Academy of Choreography, Bibigul Nurgalievna Nussipzhanova, presented memorable gifts to the winners. It is particularly noteworthy that the gifts — cashmere plaids — were provided by the Chinese National Petroleum Corporation CNPC, which became a symbol of the support of young talents from international partners.

We would like to thank CNPC Corporation for their attention and support for the cultural and professional development of the younger generation. Congratulations to our students on their well-deserved awards and wish them further creative success and inspiration!
