The XVII International Choreography Competition “Riga Spring” was held in Latvia (Riga). Bringing together participants from 12 countries, this competition has become a real celebration of dance and creativity.
Kazakhstan was one of the twelve countries represented at the prestigious competition among Latvia, Estonia, Australia, Lithuania, Germany, Spain, Greece, Georgia, Japan, the USA and Slovenia.
The Kazakh National Academy of Choreography presented its young talents, who were able to prove themselves on the world stage and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
Inkar Aidarkhankyzy, a first-year master's student who won two gold medals in the Folk Dance nomination, and Anel Zhumadildina, a bachelor's student who took 3rd place in the Best Choreography nomination, became the participants of the competition.
The participation of Kazakhstan's representatives in the international competition fulfilled the Academy's mission, namely the integration of Kazakh culture, demonstrating the richness of the country's cultural heritage and fulfilling a priority task by training talented students who glorify Kazakhstan around the world.
