The Academy hosted a training course for students dedicated to developing conflict-free communication skills. Taking into account the peculiarities of the generation Z, we used interactive methods that helped the participants to better understand the nature of conflicts and ways to prevent them.
During the lesson, the participants:
- Conducted a psychological analysis of the film, identifying patterns of behavior and their impact on interaction with others.
- Worked with figurative images, developing associative thinking.
- Studied how emotional intelligence helps us to better understand ourselves and others.
- Learned 10 rights of an assertive person, including the right to say “no” without guilt, to express emotions and opinions, as well as the right to make mistakes.
- Examined how assertiveness creates an atmosphere of respect, trust and open communication.
- Analyzed life situations, analyzing reactions to conflicts and discussing possible solutions. Real-life examples helped participants understand the patterns of interaction and find more effective ways out of difficult situations.
Thanks to this format, the participants learned to find a balance between expressing their needs and respecting others. Awareness of typical conflict scenarios gave them confidence and flexibility in dealing with similar situations in the future. The relaxed atmosphere of the training facilitated an open dialogue and active engagement.
