The Kazakh National Academy of Choreography has officially joined the large-scale republican book reading marathon "Reading Nation" ("Kitap oqityn ult"). This prominent intellectual and educational movement, initiated by the Head of State, is aimed at forming a sustainable reading culture and developing critical and analytical thinking in society.

All our learners and students strive not only for the heights of dance art, but also for spiritual perfection, as true art begins with deep knowledge and a rich inner world.

Within this project, which started with registration in September 2026 and runs until April 2027, the talented learners of the Academy will compete in their respective age categories. According to the marathon rules, participants must read 15 books selected from a special fund of 330 prominent national and world literature titles and share their brief reviews.

Following the results of the final testing and intellectual quizzes in spring, the winners of the regional stage will be awarded substantial cash prizes of up to 600,000 tenge for the 1st place.
