On April 8, 15, and 16, performances of the ballet La Bayadère were successfully held on the stage of Astana Opera, becoming a яркое событие in the cultural life of the capital. Audiences enjoyed one of the most poetic works of classical heritage, where the music of Ludwig Minkus and choreography by Marius Petipa created an atmosphere of mysterious ancient India filled with drama and deep emotion.
Particular attention was drawn to the participation of students from the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography. The young dancers confidently performed the roles of Manu and Arapchata, demonstrating not only strong technical training but also выразительность and артистизм.
