In September, 2024, teacher-psychologist Alibek Aruzhan conducted a series of introductory and adaptation training “Me and Us” for school-college students of 1-6 grades. The training aims to foster students' cohesion and provide psychological support during their adaptation to studying in a new environment.

The session began with a warm welcome, allowing each student to introduce themselves and share their hobbies, creating an open and friendly atmosphere. Following this, students actively participated in interactive games designed to encourage teamwork. These activities helped strengthen friendships and develop communication skills.
