On January 10, 2023, the Academy held a training on "The role of emotional intelligence in the learning process" with the participation of teachers of the faculties of choreography and arts.

The training was organized by the sector of additional education and professional development, the trainer was Maral Ibrahim, pedagogical psychologist of the Academy.

The aim of the training was to develop teachers' skills of self-knowledge, emotional self-regulation, providing free expression of emotions, feelings, and the ability to determine the emotions of others.

During the training teachers performed practical tasks by brainstorming in teams, took part in games for cohesion and emotion management, including techniques to get rid of negative emotions.

At the end of the event, the training participants familiarized themselves with the concept of emotional intelligence, learned how to understand their own and other people's emotions, manage their own emotional state and build relationships based on emotional competence.
