Psychological training of stress resistance for high school students was conducted by a psychologist of the Department of Educational Work and Social Issues.
The aim of the psychological training: formation of adequate attitude to life difficulties - perception of difficulties as opportunities for development and personal growth, formation of stress resistance.
At the beginning of the training a conversation was held about what difficulties students meet most often, about their attitude to difficulties. During the exchange of opinions it was concluded that trials make us stronger, give us an opportunity for development and personal growth.
In order to successfully overcome difficulties, self-regulation skills are necessary. Together with the psychologist, the students recalled the main ways of relieving neuropsychological tension, which were mentioned at the previous trainings. The guys told about what gives them strength to overcome difficulties.
