Арт-менеджеры после освоения программы бакалавриата овладевают достаточно широкими компетенциями, позволяющими им разрабатывать и организовать культурные и развлекательные мероприятия, совместно с ответственными органами управления; планировать содержание и ход мероприятий и привлекать финансовые инвестиции; вести арт-проекты с отдельными и корпоративными клиентами. Именно менеджеры по культуре создают бюджетное планирование, разрабатывают рекламные материалы и заботятся о помещениях и оборудовании, поддерживают творческие группы и коллективы, являются контактными лицами для клиентов и внешних поставщиков услуг.

A specialized master’s program with a duration of 1 year requires two creative exams:
The submitted essay must be directly related to issues of art management, the art and culture of Kazakhstan, be conceptually innovative, and independently developed.
The essay must be submitted before the start of the creative exam, no later than July 6 of the calendar year. The work should be sent via email to vpo@balletacademy.kz.
The submitted essay must include a review from an individual with an academic degree in art management or art history, complete with the reviewer’s signature and official stamp from their place of employment.
The applicant is provided in advance with examination material covering a range of core undergraduate-level art management disciplines. A preparation time of 20 minutes is given, during which the applicant must take brief notes on a sheet of paper.
Consultations can be conducted in traditional and/or online formats.
The appeal application is submitted to the chair of the appeals committee in person by the individual who took the specialized or creative exam. It must be filed by 1:00 PM on the day following the announcement of the exam results and is reviewed by the appeals committee within one day.
Yes, prerequisites are required. The following disciplines, which are part of the mandatory curriculum at the undergraduate level, must be completed: 1) Economics of Culture; 2) Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship; 3) Marketing.
