National symbols are the backbone of our independence

As you all know, the Constitutional Law “On state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan” was adopted on the 4th of June, 2007. In accordance with this Law, the Day of State Symbols in the Republic of Kazakhstan is celebrated every June 4th.

We must convey and promote the value of our symbols, demonstrating our country’s independence to the younger generation. The state symbols are one of any state’s essential attributes – they are the embodiment of its sovereignty and unity. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State flag, emblem and the National anthem are the national symbols. We wish our national symbols to be among the most respectable countries in the world.
