THE SELECTION PERIOD OF THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL “The Planet of ART 2023” HAS PASSED

On April 22nd and 23rd, the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography held the qualifying round of the musical cycle of the large international project “The Planet of Art,” organized by the Kazakh National Federation of UNESCO clubs.

136 contestants from the ages of 12 to 18 from all over the region showcased their choreographic, vocal, and instrumental talents to the jury members.

Based on the results of this round, contestants will be invited to perform at the final and gala concert, which will be held in Pavlodar and Astana.

The main goal of this project is to realize the youth’s creative potential through the popularization of the diverse form of self-expression and strengthening friendly ties by building peace and harmony based on the concept of the “culture of peace.”

The application period lasted until the 7th of April of 2023, while the selection period within Kazakhstan took place between the 17th of March and the 3rd of May and was held in all 17 regions of the country, including cities of Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent.
