Master class “Word and Gesture”

On February 23, a master class with participation of plastic and choreography director Alisher Khasanov took place in the conference hall of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography. Not only students, but also teachers of the Academy showed interest in the creative meeting. There are about 30 people took part in the master class.

Alisher Khasanov is a choreographer, a ballet master of dozens of productions in different cities of Russia, participant in international projects, director of operas, musicals and children’s musical performances.

He is also Diploma winner of the XI International Competition of Ballet Dancers and Choreographers in Moscow. A.Khasanov graduated from the Almaty Choreographic School and Russian Institute of Theatre arts.

He worked at the Opera and Ballet Theater at the Conservatory after Rimsky-Korsakov (St. Petersburg), Academic Musical Theater named after Stanislavsky and Nemerovich-Danchenko (Moscow), Moscow Chamber Ballet “Moscow”.  He is also the creator of the plastic theater “Mime Orchestra”.
