Memorandums of Understanding were signed between the Academy and two Indonesian Universities
On July 15, 2023, within the framework of the Indonesian Summer Festival and Mini Expo at the Indonesian Cultural Center in Astana, a bilateral signing of Memorandums of Understanding between the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, the Indonesian Institute of the Arts, Yogyakarta (ISI) and the State University of Yogyakarta (UNY) took place.
This event is one of the celebrations in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Kazakhstan and was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Astana.
The event was attended by the Rector of the Academy Bibigul Nussipzhanova, Head of the International Cooperation and Public Relations Office Akmaral Zhumagul together with staff.
In her welcoming speech, the Rector of the Academy noted the importance of this event in terms of establishing and strengthening friendly and partnership relations between Kazakhstan and Indonesia and outlined plans for the further development of academic cooperation, exchange of experience and knowledge in the field of culture.
