The national games took place at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography!

National games at all times and eras have had enormous social significance for the people of Kazakhstan. All of them arose in ancient times and in their development went through a number of successively changing forms that corresponded to the relationships within the established society and the economic activities of the clan.

Without exception, all entertainment and national games of Kazakhstan have always fulfilled social tasks: educational, military-sports, entertainment-aesthetic, communicative, etc. A competitive nature contributes to the development of strength, dexterity and endurance in young people, the cultivation of courage, courage and other qualities necessary in life, shared Sagynysh Sultanova, the Head of the department of educational work and social issues.

The purpose of the national games is to introduce the traditions, history, culture and sports games of the Kazakh people. 5^th grade students of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography took part in the sport event.

The games were held in 6 types of sport competitions: “Kazaksha Kures”, “Asyk Atu”, “Langi Tebu”, “Togyz Kumalyk”, “Kol Kures”, “Arkan Tartys”.

Based on the results of the national games, which lasted about two hours, the winners were:

• Irgenay Maulen 5A class, first place “Asyk atu”
• Sheraly Zhaisan 5B grade, first place “Kol kures”
• Zhusupov Timur 5B class, first place “Kazakhsha Kures”
• Sultan Esmanur 5A class, first place “Togyz Kumalyk”

The winners were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts.
