Training on effective forgiveness for students was held at the Academy

High school students of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography underwent a psychological training on the theme “To forgive is not to offend. Let’s put a comma”.

During the training organized by the Academy, high school students performed an express test, learned how offenses affect a person’s health and personality, and were shown an exercise in effective forgiveness. Academy students listened to a parable “A Load of Anger and Resentment” and watched a video about effective forgiveness techniques.

At the end of the event, the participants noted the high practical significance of the training topic in building benevolent relationships with others and the ability to solve difficult life situations.
