Training “The problem of psychological adaptation of first-year students and ways to solve it”

In the process of transition to new learning conditions, where freshmen perform new social roles, the ability to adapt easily, that is, to adapt to the conditions of the external environment, as well as to constructively build communication, becomes a necessary condition for the successful activity of a student at a university.

On October 7, 2021, at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography, a training was held “The problem of psychological adaptation of first-year students and ways to solve it” for 1st year students of the university.

The purpose of the lesson was to optimize the process of adaptation of freshmen to the conditions of study at a university, to develop skills for effective interaction, to create a positive microclimate.

At the training, students performed such game learning exercises as “You and I are similar in that …”, “Code of a Desert Island”, which contribute to the development of skills for effective interpersonal interaction, observation and separation of the student’s norms and values ​​of the group.

Also, the students were given Memorandum on the implementation of independent work and lecture notes.
