“We’re Together!”: College High School freshmen underwent teamwork training

September 9 and 12 the training “We are together!” was held in the framework of orientation week for students in the first year of the school-college of vocational education of the Academy of Choreography.

The training was organized by the Department of Educational Work and Social Development of the Academy in order to bring first-year students together and build effective teamwork between them.

During the training students participated in two games. First one – “Unusual greeting” is aimed at forming a positive emotional mood for joint work, the other one “Building the tower” helps to improve the problem-solving and team communication skills.

In general, this training is aimed at such tasks as the formation of a healthy psychological climate among students, the development of teamwork skills, cohesion.
