A historical and literary creative evening was dedicated to the 165th anniversary of Shakarim Kudaiberdiev’s birth, organized by the 1st year students.

Outstanding Kazakh thinker-philosopher, the poet Shakarim Kudaiberdiev, created many works, leaving undying light in the history of his people, Kazakh literature and philosophy.

“The basis of a good man’s life should be honest labor, conscientious mind, sincere heart”. With these lines, Manap Adel and Tolepbergen Bona, the hosts of the event, began their presentation. In their presentations and speeches students Kabyldanova Aizhan, Ormanova Karolina, Beketayeva Ayaulym, Meyrbek Altynai, Esmagambet Berik, Ramazanova Sabina, Batrakhanova Fariza talked about the creativity and difficult life of this amazing man.

Particular delight of the audience caused the performance of the song “Kozimnin qarasy” written by Shakarim’s mentor – Abay Kunanbaev, it was performed by students: Ospanova Gulnaz, Әmіrbek Rustem, Battalova Aidana, Ramazanova Sabina, Kalieva Ayaulym, Zhanartauov Sanzhar and Meyrbek Altynai.

The decoration of the holiday was a beautiful dance staged by Ashirbekova Dilarum and performed by Ormanova Kamila, Battalova Karolina, Tarybo Darya, Pivovarova Ekaterina.

Shakarim’s poems are the basis of humanism. The legacy that Shakarim left is a direction for the youth. Shakarim Kudaiberdyuly left thousands of testaments for us, such as “An intelligent man can restrain his tongue, but nothing can restrain his thoughts”, “Work for humanity”, “Man dies, but good remains”. Shakarim’s legacy has become a treasure trove for the people, guiding them on the right path to this day.
