Great personalities of the Great Steppe

We invite you to take participation in the International scientific and practical conference “Great personalities of the Great Steppe” which will be held on April 9, 2024.

Timely comprehension of the experience of personal and social state development becomes an important condition for the advancement of modern society, expressing the need to develop new predictive approaches to the study of the forms of national identity in the context of intercultural interaction. And in this respect, the fate of a person, his spiritual values, professional contribution to the culture, education, and art of his nation is an area worthy of constant study. We invite everyone who is interested in the problem of the interconnection of a person and an era to join the dialogue. Whom and why is our contemporary ready to refer to “great” personalities? Is “greatness” a temporary category or dependent on the values of the era, subjective or having the parameters of a collective assessment? We are sure that the participants in our conference will be able to engage teachers, doctoral and master’s students in a dialogue and find like-minded people.

The reference to the anniversary dates of 2024 will help to orient in the choice of names of outstanding people, whose lives and actions have accompanied the prosperity of our country1. Research work about famous historical figures of foreign countries, whose experience is indicative of the development of one individual state, are welcome.

We invite scientists, teachers of higher educational institutions, secondary and vocational schools, graduate students and postgraduate students – all those who have interest in culture, creativity and education to participate in the conference. The conference will include a plenary session and discussion platforms for students and scientists in the designated areas. The aim of the conference is to create conditions for exchange of opinions and ideas in the field of education, science, art and assessment of the contribution of the creative intelligentsia in the formation of culture, art and education of modern Kazakhstan.
