Students and Alumni of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography are part of the famous dance ensemble “GULDER!”

On May 11th in Almaty, a concert of the famous ensemble “GULDER” with a renewed group will be held in the Palace of the Republic. We can proudly say that the Academy’s students and alumni will perform as part of the renewed group of the ensemble.

The professional career of “GULDER” began and developed in this particular city – Almaty. The ensemble was created in the year of 1968, and the first concert took place on October 29th, 1969.

Nine months ago, the work of the legendary ensemble, which has introduced new names of the Kazakh stage to the world, was resumed within the walls of the “Qazaqconcert” state concert organization named after Rose Baglanova. On the 1st of March, the first concert presentation of the new composition of the ensemble was successfully held in the Central Concert Hall Kazakhstan with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.

It is gratifying that the Academy students have caused a new creative development of the “GULDER” ensemble, which has become one of the leading dance groups in Kazakhstan.
