The Kazakh National Academy of Choreography held a meeting with specialist theologians

On November 24, 2023 a meeting with specialist theologians from the Center for the Study of Religions in Astana was held at the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography. Students were presented a topic of religion.

The purpose of the event is to give young people a proper understanding of religious trends and explain extremism and the cruelty of terrorism.

The conversation with the students began with the history of the Islamic tradition in Kazakhstan, where all the criteria of traditional Islam in our society were clearly outlined.

At the same time, the lecturer focused his attention on preventing students from joining prohibited extremist organizations in our country hiding behind Islam. The specialist emphasized that it is necessary to pay special attention to internal stability and traditional spiritual values.

During the conversation the current issues of theological content were discussed. The theologian urged young people to use only official websites to obtain any information.
