Business Bridge between the Polish Embassy and the Academy

On the 16th of May, the results of the joint work of the Polish Embassy in Kazakhstan, UMFC, Poland, and the Kazakh National Academy were summed up.

Between May 10th and 15th, representatives of the Polish University, Professor Claudia Carlos-Mahei, Sempolska Katarzyna and students held Polish dance and contemporary choreography workshops with the support of the Deputy Head of Mission, Head of the Political and Economic Department of the Embassy of Poland in Kazakhstan, Mr Tomasz Kollat.

Bibigul Nusipzhanova, the Provost of the Academy, professor, and the Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, opened the event with a welcoming speech. On behalf of the Academy, the Provost presented a photo book called “Shara Zhienkulova’s Immortal Glory” and a chrestomathy called “Chrestomathy of the Musical Accompaniment for the Class of the Kazakh Dance.”

The Kazakh national costumes, wonderful compositions depicting the pride of our people, and other forms of modern dance were presented to the audience. The Embassy of Poland and a professor from Warsaw expressed their gratitude, and the event ended with a memorable photo session.

It highly appears that a business connection has been established between the Polish Embassy and the Academy of Choreography.
